Patrol Officer Tucker Blakely passed away on October 2, 2023. Tucker was a Patrol Officer assigned to the Knox County Sheriff’s Office Echo Shift (Echo-19), Tuck was serving his last shift with his Echo brothers and sisters when he was shot. Tucker was recently chosen as a K-9 Handler which was his dream, his dog had been placed with him on Friday September 29, 2023. Tucker served the Citizens of Knox County and the Knox County Sheriff’s Office faithfully until his untimely in line of duty death. He was survived by his wife and child.
